Zero Egg is leading the way with their egg substitute that is made from plant proteins such as soy, potatoes, peas, and chickpeas. It tastes, looks and acts like real eggs!

We conducted a strategic analysis for Zero Egg almost 2 years ago in our partnership with Ben-Gurion University and North-Eastern University. Validating and sharpening their go-to-market strategy as we can all see the outcomes.

The promising start-up has already penetrated the 100 billion eggs a year U.S. market and is collaborating with early-investor, the Strauss Group. Liron and her team are setting for next year’s distribution in the Israeli market.
